Our story
Spirit Bistro opened in Chinatown in December 2020. It's a local, family-owned kitchen with one aim: food that warms the soul. The menu covers the takeout classics, from ginger beef to sweet and sour pork, alongside dishes that are harder to find in Edmonton, like Malaysian fried rice noodles and laksa.
